Goodtech lands NOK 45m Equinor offshore wind SCADA contract

Goodtech ASA has been awarded a contract by Equinor to deliver the SCADA and control room solution for the operation center of the Bałtyk 2 & 3 offshore windfarms. These projects, developed by Equinor and Polenergia off the Polish coast, will have a combined capacity of up to 1.44 GW, providing renewable electricity for over two million Polish households. Goodtech's delivery includes a common SCADA system, telecommunications equipment, complete control room outfitting, and server room equipment.

The project is slated to commence in November 2025 and is expected to reach completion during Q1 2027. This contract, valued at approximately NOK 45 million, reinforces Goodtech's position as a technology partner in the offshore wind industry.

This agreement further enhances Goodtech’s collaboration with Equinor, following previous digital solution deliveries for Hywind Tampen in 2022 and an ongoing central control system project for another significant offshore wind initiative.
