Eiendomskreditt AS launches new senior bond on Oslo Stock Exchange

Eiendomskreditt AS has announced the issuance of a new 5.7-year open senior bond. The bond, identified by ISIN NO0013682427, has an initial tranche volume of NOK 300,000,000, with an overall framework established at NOK 750,000,000.

The new bond is scheduled to commence on October 7, 2025, and will reach its maturity on June 16, 2031. This long-term debt instrument aims to provide stable financing for the real estate credit company. Danske Bank has been appointed as the arranger for this issuance.
