Cadeler chairman-associated entity buys millions in shares

Copenhagen, 1 October 2025 – BW Altor Pte. Ltd., an entity closely associated with Andreas Sohmen-Pao, chairman of Cadeler A/S's board of directors, reported extensive share purchases in Cadeler. The transactions, executed on September 30, 2025, involved a total acquisition of 1,291,257 shares across various trading venues. The total value of these purchases amounted to NOK 64,688,579.52.

The largest single aggregated purchase occurred on POSIT DARK (XPOS), where BW Altor Pte. Ltd. acquired 586,873 shares for NOK 29,225,039.83 at an average price of NOK 49.80 per share. Significant volumes were also traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange (XOSL), with 338,788 shares purchased for NOK 17,010,449.69, and POSIT AUCTION (XPAC), involving 158,366 shares for NOK 7,878,540.08.

These transactions underscore the ongoing investment by persons closely associated with Cadeler's managerial responsibilities, reinforcing their commitment to the company, a global leader in offshore wind installation.
