Equinor completes third tranche of 2025 share buyback program

Equinor ASA has completed the third tranche of its 2025 share buyback program, purchasing 1,343,874 own shares between September 22 and September 26, 2025, at an average price of NOK 250.4636 per share. The total transaction value for this period amounted to NOK 336,591,459.52. This tranche was announced on July 23, 2025, with a duration from July 24 to October 27, 2025.

Cumulatively, under this tranche, Equinor has now repurchased 12,050,482 shares at an average price of NOK 250.4922, with a total value of NOK 3,018,551,710.69. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA holds 38,336,337 own shares, representing 1.50% of its share capital (including shares from the employee share savings program), or 28,427,670 own shares (1.11%) excluding the employee program.
