Energeia AS: Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund's stake reduced

Energeia AS announced that Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB's ownership stake will decrease significantly following the completion and registration of new shares. This reduction is a direct result of the company's recent Rights Issue and Underwriting Commission transactions. Following the registration of new share capital, anticipated around October 6, 2025, Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB's total holding will fall from approximately 50.44% to 33.6%.

The company previously issued stock exchange announcements regarding these transactions, which collectively led to the issue of new shares. The disclosure is made in accordance with section 4.3.1 of the Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book Part I.
