Entra ASA repurchases NOK 140m of its ENTRA64 ESG bonds

Entra ASA announced today, September 29, 2025, that it has bought back NOK 140 million of its ENTRA64 ESG bonds, which mature on September 10, 2026. This transaction reduces the outstanding volume of these bonds to NOK 1,346 million. The ISIN for the repurchased bonds is NO0011094625.

This buy-back is part of Entra ASA's financial management strategy. It is subject to disclosure requirements outlined in section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
