The notification, dated September 26, 2025, shows BlackRock's resulting situation on that date as a 5.06% aggregate holding, comprising 4.98% shares and voting rights (totaling 1,319,806) and an additional 0.08% through financial instruments (representing 21,738 shares).

This combined total amounts to 26,498,640 shares and voting rights in BlueNord ASA. BlackRock's previous notification indicated a position below the 5% threshold.
