Arribatec Group: Share capital increases after warrant exercise

Arribatec Group ASA has officially registered new share capital following the exercise of a substantial number of warrants. The company announced that 153,240,160 of the 210,214,592 warrants issued on December 2, 2024, have been exercised. This activity has resulted in the company's new share capital being set at NOK 65,051,329.

The updated share capital is now divided into 650,513,290 shares, each maintaining a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
