Lea Bank CFO Gard Haugen resigns, departure set for 2026

Lea Bank today announced that chief financial officer Gard Haugen will resign from his position to pursue other opportunities. Haugen will remain in the CFO role until March 31, 2026, or until a successor is appointed.

CEO Oddbjørn Berentsen extended gratitude to Haugen for his seven years of valuable contributions, highlighting his involvement in the successful change of Lea Bank’s domicile from Norway to Sweden. The bank has now entered a new phase as a Swedish institution with its headquarters in Gothenburg.
