Entra ASA expands green bond to NOK 1.1 bn

Entra ASA (Moody's: Baa3/Stable) announced the reopening of its ENTRA75 ESG floating rate green bond issue, maturing on December 3, 2030. The reopening was for NOK 200,000,000 at an issue price of 100.022%, equating to an issue-spread of 3-month NIBOR + 1.15% per annum. The settlement date for this transaction is September 30, 2025.

Following this transaction, the total amount outstanding for the ENTRA75 ESG bond issue has increased to NOK 1,100,000,000. Handelsbanken acted as the arranger.
