Tinde Sparebank expands green MREL-eligible bond loans by NOK 150m

Tinde Sparebank announced the expansion of two senior unsecured MREL-eligible bond loans, TINDE35 PRO ESG (NO0013577676) and TINDE36 PRO ESG (NO0013643841). Each bond was expanded by NOK 75 million, totaling an additional NOK 150 million raised by the bank.

Following these expansions, the new outstanding amount for TINDE35 PRO ESG (NO0013577676) is now NOK 225 million, with its total framework set at NOK 300 million. Similarly, TINDE36 PRO ESG (NO0013643841) now has a new outstanding amount of NOK 275 million, also within a NOK 300 million framework.
