SoftOx Solutions AS has completed a private placement, with Long State Investments Limited subscribing for 60,000,000 shares at NOK 0.10 per share. This subscription price matches the company’s minimum subscription price. Long State received a market-terms placement commission as part of the financing facility. This follows a board resolution on September 11, 2025, to exercise the financing facility with Long State.
