Energeia rights issue subscription period closes today, raising NOK 31m

Energeia AS announced that the subscription period for its fully underwritten rights issue will conclude today, September 25, 2025, at 16:30 hours (CEST). The rights issue, initially announced on September 11, 2025, involves the offering of 1,033,333,333 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.03 per offer share. This initiative aims to raise gross proceeds of NOK 31 million for the company.

Shareholders are reminded that correctly completed subscription forms must be received by Norne Securities AS, the manager, or registered via online subscriptions by the expiry of the period. Unused subscription rights will lapse without compensation, rendering them valueless.
