Desert Control's rights issue raises NOK 75m, significantly oversubscribed

Desert Control AS announced the final results of its fully underwritten rights issue, raising gross proceeds of NOK 75 million. The company offered 60,743,500 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.2347 per share. The rights issue was oversubscribed by approximately 41.11%, with total subscriptions reaching 85,718,082 offer shares.

Of the offered shares, 46,798,940 were allocated to valid subscriptions from investors with granted and acquired rights. An additional 13,944,560 offer shares were allocated on a pro rata basis to over-subscribers. Underwriters did not receive any allocation, indicating strong investor demand. Approximately 77.04% of granted subscription rights were exercised.

Payments for allocated shares are due on 30 September 2025. The share capital increase is expected to be registered around 6 October 2025, with the offer shares delivered and admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo concurrently.
