Fjord Defence Group launches follow-on share offering

Fjord Defence Group ASA announced the start of its subsequent offering, with a subscription period running from September 24, 2025, at 09:00 CEST until October 8, 2025, at 16:30 CEST. The offering comprises up to 1,041,666 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 8.40, priced at NOK 9.60 per offer share. Unused subscription rights will expire without compensation to holders.

Norwegian residents with a personal identification number can subscribe for shares online. The prospectus, including subscription forms and instructions, is available on SB1 Markets AS's website.
