Elliptic Labs appoints Mathias Norderud as interim cfo

Elliptic Labs has appointed Mathias Norderud as interim cfo, effective immediately, following the decision by Lars Holmøy to step down from the position after more than four years with the company. Holmøy will remain with Elliptic Labs until November 30, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition. Chief executive Laila Danielsen acknowledged Holmøy's critical contributions, including guiding the company through its Oslo Stock Exchange listing and securing financing.

Mathias Norderud brings over four years of experience with Elliptic Labs, having served as a finance manager and then senior finance manager for the past two years. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Analysis and Performance Management, and Danielsen expressed confidence in his readiness for the cfo role due to his close collaboration with Holmøy and deep understanding of the company.
