Desert Control rights issue subscription period closes today

Desert Control AS announced today, September 24, 2025, that the subscription period for its fully underwritten rights issue of 60,743,500 new shares expires at 16:30 CEST. The rights issue aims to raise gross proceeds of NOK 75 million, with a subscription price set at NOK 1.2347 per offer share.

Shareholders wishing to subscribe for new shares must do so before the deadline, either through the VPS online subscription system or by submitting a completed form to Arctic Securities AS, the manager. Unexercised subscription rights will lapse without compensation to holders after today's expiry.
