Equinor completes weekly share buy-back transactions

Equinor ASA announced the completion of share buy-back transactions from September 15 to September 19, 2025, under the third tranche of its 2025 buy-back program. The company purchased 1,077,957 own shares at an average price of NOK 241.9421 per share on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE), totaling NOK 260,803,129.90 for the period.

The daily OSE transactions included 271,300 shares at NOK 239.5652 on September 16, 269,461 shares at NOK 241.3584 on September 17, 267,046 shares at NOK 243.1133 on September 18, and 270,150 shares at NOK 243.7534 on September 19.

Following these transactions, Equinor ASA now holds 36,992,463 own shares, representing 1.45% of its total share capital. This figure includes shares under the company’s share savings program. Excluding these program shares, Equinor ASA holds 27,083,796 own shares, equivalent to 1.06% of its share capital.
