Tietoevry shares trade ex-dividend for second installment

As of today, September 22, 2025, Tietoevry Corporation's shares on the Oslo Børs, Nasdaq Helsinki, and Nasdaq Stockholm are trading ex-dividend for the second installment of its distribution. This installment amounts to €0.75 per share, representing the latter half of the total €1.50 per share resolved by the annual general meeting on March 25, 2025.

The total distribution of €1.50 per share was approved from the company's distributable funds. This could be paid either as a dividend from retained earnings, a distribution from the reserve for invested unrestricted equity, or a combination of both, as determined by the annual general meeting.
