Nordnet AB (publ), acting through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, net bought 20,991 shares in Nekkar ASA on September 19, 2025. This transaction pushed Nordnet AB (publ)'s consolidated holding past a key disclosure threshold.

Following the acquisition, Nordnet AB (publ) now holds a total of 5,388,204 shares in Nekkar ASA, representing 5.02% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company. The ownership breakdown shows Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB holding 4.629%, with Nordnet Livsforsikring AS accounting for 0.387% of the total. Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
