Capsol Technologies registers new share capital following private placement

Capsol Technologies ASA announced today the registration of its new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This follows a private placement concluded on September 10, 2025, which involved the issuance of 3,111,618 new shares in Capsol Technologies.

As a result, Capsol Technologies' registered share capital now stands at NOK 33,005,143.50, divided into 66,010,287 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.5.

Capsol Technologies, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, is a carbon capture technology provider. The company specializes in a globally licensed carbon capture and heat recovery system, targeting segments such as cement, biomass, energy-from-waste, and gas turbines.
