Austevoll Seafood bond: new fixed interest rate set

Oslo Børs announced on September 18, 2025, that a new fixed interest rate of 6.16% has been established for the FRN Austevoll Seafood ASA unsecured bond 2023/2028, identified by ISIN NO0012939679. This new rate will be effective for a 91-day interest period, commencing on September 22, 2025, and concluding on December 22, 2025.

The determination of this new obligation rate and interest period is in accordance with the existing bond agreement. Nordic Trustee AS has confirmed that notification of this interest rate determination has been dispatched to the account manager for registration within the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS).
