Hexagon Composites completes share capital increase registration

Hexagon Composites ASA announced the registration of a share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following a successful private placement. This registration pertains to the issuance of 42,014,080 new shares, priced at NOK 14 each, which generated gross proceeds of approximately NOK 590 million. The private placement was initially announced on September 16, 2025.

As a result of this increase, the company's new share capital stands at NOK 25,208,449.60, divided into 252,084,496 shares. Each share maintains a par value of NOK 0.10.

The shares allocated in the private placement are now officially tradable on the market.
