Hexagon composites chairman's stake falls below 10% threshold

Hexagon Composites ASA announced that chairman Knut Flakk and his related parties' consolidated shareholding has fallen below the 10% disclosure threshold due to the dilutive effect of a recent share capital increase. This follows the registration of a share capital increase pertaining to a private placement announced on September 16, 2025, and registered on September 18, 2025.

Despite the percentage change, Flakk and his related parties have not sold any shares. Their consolidated shareholding in the company remains unchanged at 22,568,314 shares.

After the registration of the new share capital, this unchanged shareholding now represents 8.95% of the shares and voting rights of Hexagon Composites ASA.
