Desert Control rights issue trading period ends today

Desert Control AS announced today, September 18, 2025, that the trading period for subscription rights in its fully underwritten rights issue of 60,743,500 new shares expires at 4:30 pm CEST. The rights issue aims to raise gross proceeds of NOK 75 million, with a subscription price of NOK 1.2347 per offer share.

Shareholders with subscription rights must either sell them by today's close of trading or use them to subscribe for new offer shares before the subscription period concludes on September 24, 2025, at 4:30 pm CEST. Rights not exercised or sold by these deadlines will lapse without compensation.
