Soiltech increases share capital following employee option exercises

Soiltech ASA has officially registered an increase in its share capital, now standing at NOK 1,070,150.51. This change follows the exercise of 20,000 share options under the company's long-term incentive scheme, registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on September 17, 2025.

The company's total number of shares has consequently increased to 8,231,927. Each share maintains a nominal value of NOK 0.13.
