Selvaag Bolig to elect new board member with Swedish expertise

Selvaag Bolig ASA is calling for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on October 8, 2025, in Oslo, to address a change in its board composition. The company announced the upcoming EGM and relevant documentation via its website, emphasizing the election of a new board member.

The EGM follows the resignation of Camilla Wahl from the board. The nomination committee proposes Petra Krüger as the new board member. The board identified a need for enhanced competence regarding the Swedish market, particularly the Stockholm region, given the company's increased engagement there. Krüger brings over 20 years of experience in property and housing development from companies like NCC Property Development AB, Skanska Sverige AB, and Bo Klok Housing AB. Since 2020, she has served as chief executive of NCC Property Development AB.

The proposed change aims to strengthen Selvaag Bolig's strategic capabilities amidst challenging market conditions characterized by complex regulatory processes, high construction costs, and interest rate pressures in both Norway and Sweden. Petra Krüger, aged 53, is expected to be elected for a term extending to the next ordinary general meeting in 2026. As of September 17, 2025, Selvaag Bolig ASA had 93,765,688 shares outstanding.
