SalMar CTO's associate increases stake in the company

Bekken Akvainvest AS, a close associate of SalMar ASA's chief technology officer Roger Bekken, purchased 3,800 ordinary shares in SalMar ASA on September 17, 2025. The acquisition was executed at a price of NOK 558 per share, totaling NOK 2,120,400.

Following this acquisition, Roger Bekken, both directly and indirectly through his close associates, now holds a total of 28,059 shares in SalMar ASA. This information is disclosable in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 5-12 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19.
