AF Gruppen completes acquisition of Eviny Solutions

AF Gruppen has completed its acquisition of an 80 percent stake in Eviny Solutions AS, as initially announced on June 20, 2025. The remaining 20 percent of Eviny Solutions shares will continue to be held by Eviny AS. This move strengthens AF Gruppen's presence within its energy and environment business area.

Eviny Solutions will operate as a distinct entity within AF Gruppen's organizational structure. The company is slated to undergo a name change before the close of 2025, signaling its integration into the AF Gruppen brand.
