Tietoevry board approves second share distribution installment

Tietoevry's board of directors has decided on the distribution of the second installment of €0.75 per share, part of the total €1.50 per share authorized by the annual general meeting (AGM) on March 25, 2025. This second installment will consist of €0.08 per share paid as a dividend from retained earnings and €0.67 per share from the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

The record date for this second installment is September 23, 2025. Shareholders registered with Euroclear Finland Oy will receive payment on October 2, 2025. For shareholders outside Finland, payments will be processed according to the practices of Euroclear Sweden AB and Verdipapirsentralen ASA, which may result in a later payment date.

Tietoevry, with approximately €2 billion in annual revenue, is listed on NASDAQ Helsinki, NASDAQ Stockholm, and Oslo Børs.
