SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge acquires own equity certificates for employee share program

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has acquired its own equity certificates (NONG) on September 16, 2025, to facilitate its employee share savings program. The certificates were purchased on Oslo Børs at a uniform price of NOK 141.01 and will be distributed to participating employees at the same price.

The transaction involved several persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Trude Glad acquired 63 NONG, Hanne Karoline Kraemer acquired 64 NONG, Stein Vidar Loftas acquired 64 NONG, and May Britt Nilsen acquired 64 NONG. These acquisitions represent a collective value of NOK 9,024.748800 and NOK 8,883.737100 based on the uniform price.
