Equinor completes third share buyback tranche for 2025 program

Equinor ASA has concluded the third tranche of its 2025 share repurchase program, buying back a total of NOK 328,992,929.24 worth of shares between September 8 and September 12, 2025. During this period, 1,357,450 own shares were repurchased at an average price of NOK 242.3610 per share on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Daily weighted average prices ranged from NOK 240.3011 on September 12 to NOK 244.5327 on September 11.

Following these transactions, Equinor ASA now holds a total of 35,544,756 own shares, representing 1.39% of its share capital (including shares in the employee share saving program). Excluding the employee program, Equinor ASA holds 26,005,839 own shares, equivalent to 1.02% of its share capital.
