BEWI ASA registers new share capital from private placement

BEWI ASA announced the registration of its new share capital following Tranche 2 of a private placement. This follows a previous announcement on August 20, 2025, regarding a successful private placement that raised gross proceeds of NOK 896 million through the issuance of new shares at a subscription price of NOK 20.00 per share.

The company's extraordinary general meeting on September 11, 2025, resolved to increase the share capital by NOK 6,455,542 through the issuance of 6,455,542 new shares for Tranche 2. This capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

As a result of this registration, BEWI ASA's new share capital stands at NOK 236,522,290, with a total number of 236,522,290 shares. Each share has a par value of NOK 1.00. BEWI ASA is an international provider of packaging, components, and insulation solutions, and is listed on the Euronext Oslo Børs.
