Sparebanken Norge completes employee equity savings program

Sparebanken Norge has completed the transfer of equity capital certificates to employees participating in its savings program. This follows a notification issued on August 21, 2025, regarding subscriptions to the program. A total of 411,277 equity certificates have been transferred from the bank's own holdings to employees, fulfilling their subscriptions.

Following this significant transfer, Sparebanken Norge's own holding of equity certificates has been reduced to 82,335. This action is in accordance with disclosure requirements outlined in Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, particularly referencing Section 4-2.
