Following a share capital registration on September 11, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS's ownership percentage in Arribatec Group ASA has declined. This dilutive effect caused Ferncliff Listed DAI AS's stake to fall below the notifiable threshold of 25%.

Ferncliff Listed DAI AS now holds approximately 24.31% of Arribatec Group ASA. This change is a direct consequence of the additional shares registered, which diluted existing holdings.

Despite the reduced shareholding, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS still retains a significant interest in Arribatec Group ASA through its 85,735,763 warrants, which could potentially impact its future ownership percentage.
