Norsk Titanium begins subscription period for new share offering

Norsk Titanium AS has announced the start of the subscription period for its subsequent offering, aiming to raise gross proceeds of up to NOK 40,726,800. The offering consists of up to 40,726,800 new shares, each priced at NOK 1.00. The subscription period began today, 11 September 2025, at 09:00 CEST and will conclude on 22 September 2025 at 16:30 CEST.
