Energeia AS launches NOK 31m rights issue

Energeia AS has initiated a fully underwritten rights issue aiming to raise NOK 31 million, as approved on September 8, 2025. The company is offering 1,033,333,333 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.03 per share.

The subscription period commenced on September 11, 2025, and will conclude on September 25, 2025, at 16:30 CEST. Eligible shareholders, as of the September 10, 2025, record date, receive 0.8684 transferable subscription rights for every existing share held. These rights are tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from September 11 to September 19, 2025.

An underwriting consortium has committed to the full NOK 31 million, with underwriters receiving a 10% commission settled in new shares. Payment for allocated shares is expected by September 29, 2025, with share delivery anticipated around October 7, 2025.
