Cadeler chairman's associated entities acquire over 4.4m shares

BW Group Limited and BW Altor Pte. Ltd., both closely associated with Cadeler A/S's chairman of the board, Andreas Sohmen-Pao, have acquired a substantial number of shares in Cadeler. The transactions, dated September 10, 2025, involved the purchase of 2,239,501 shares each, totaling 4,479,002 shares across both entities. Each purchase was made at a price of NOK 52.00 per share, resulting in a total investment of NOK 116,454,052 for each entity, or a combined NOK 232,908,104.

These transactions took place on the Oslo Stock Exchange (XOSL) for BW Group Limited and outside a trading venue for BW Altor Pte. Ltd. The acquisitions represent a significant increase in the holdings of persons closely associated with Cadeler's management, underscoring confidence in the company's position as a global leader in offshore wind installation, operations, and maintenance services.
