Prosafe increases share capital following warrant exercise

Prosafe SE has announced an increase in its registered share capital following the exercise of 13,033,597 warrants. The new shares have been registered, leading to a capital increase of €130,335.97. This transaction raises the company's total registered share capital from €3,395,043.69 to €3,525,379.66.

The increase stems from the "Warrants Offering," initially announced on 18 July 2025. The final results of the exercise period were disclosed on 26 August 2025. Each of the newly issued 13,033,597 shares carries a nominal value of €0.01.
