Huddly completes share capital increase from private placement

Huddly AS announced the registration of its share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on September 9, 2025. This follows an extraordinary general meeting on September 8, 2025, which approved the private placement of 5,526,544 new shares.

The newly issued shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.0625, were subscribed at a price of NOK 11.00 per share. Huddly's new total share capital stands at NOK 1,649,364.06, divided into 26,389,825 shares. Each share retains a nominal value of NOK 0.0625 and carries one voting right.

These new shares are now fully vested with all rights, including eligibility for dividends, effective from today's registration date. Furthermore, they are immediately tradeable on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
