Desert Control launches NOK 75m rights issue, subscription period opens

Desert Control AS announced today the registration of its national prospectus for a fully underwritten rights issue, targeting gross proceeds of NOK 75 million. This follows previous announcements on August 21 and September 5, 2025, regarding the capital raise.

The subscription period for the rights issue commenced on September 10, 2025, and will conclude on September 24, 2025. Investors can access the prospectus on Arctic Securities AS's website. Subscription rights will be tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from September 10, 2025, until September 18, 2025.
