Nevedal Invest increases stake in B2 Impact ASA

Nevedal Invest AS, a close associate to B2 Impact ASA board member and primary insider Prateek Puri, has increased its shareholding in the company. The transaction, dated September 5, 2024, involved the acquisition of 32,913,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA.

The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 10.50 per share, resulting in a total value of NOK 345,586,500. This transaction represents the settlement of a conditional share purchase agreement, initially announced to the market on May 14, 2025. The purchase price per share was adjusted based on dividends declared between the signing of the agreement and its completion.

The acquisition took place outside a trading venue. This disclosure fulfills regulatory requirements concerning the notification of large shareholdings and transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their closely associated persons.
