Deep Value Driller declares September dividend payment

Deep Value Driller (DVD) announced that its board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 0.25 per share, totaling approximately NOK 23.3 million, for September 2025. This decision, made on September 8, 2025, follows the company's updated dividend distribution policy from October 4, 2024, and a board authorization granted by the annual general meeting on June 6, 2025.

The dividend is anticipated to be paid around September 15, 2025, and will be treated as a repayment of paid-in capital for shareholders. DVD clarified that its loan facility, amended on April 14, 2025, mandates the retention of an amount equivalent to 12 months' interest payments, which is unavailable for distribution.
