Ocean Yield calls NOK 1.5 bn bond issue

Ocean Yield AS has exercised its call option on the FRN senior unsecured callable NOK 1,500,000,000 bonds 2023/2027. The company notified Nordic Trustee, the bond trustee, of its decision to redeem all outstanding bonds.

The redemption amount will cover all outstanding bonds at a price of 101.48% of the nominal amount for each redeemed bond, plus any accrued and unpaid interest. The record date for this action is set for September 18, 2025, with the call option repayment date scheduled for September 22, 2025.

Ocean Yield AS is a ship owning company specializing in long-term vessel charters. This decision is in accordance with disclosure requirements.
