Ensurge Micropower increases share capital following new share issuances

Ensurge Micropower ASA announced the registration of a share capital increase in the Register of Business Enterprises. This follows the issuance of 405,000 new shares from the exercise of incentive subscription rights under the 2022 and 2023 plans.

Additionally, the increase incorporates 1,629,232 new shares issued in connection with the company's 2025 employee share purchase plan. These issuances collectively led to the updated share capital.

Following these registrations, Ensurge Micropower's share capital now stands at NOK 419,407,276.50, divided into 838,814,553 shares. Each share maintains a par value of NOK 0.50. The company is listed on the Norwegian stock exchange.
