Dolphin Drilling subsequent offering period concludes today

Dolphin Drilling AS announced the final day of its subsequent offering, with the subscription period for up to 27,803,642,659 new shares expiring today, September 5, 2025, at 16:30 CEST. The offer price for these offer shares is set at NOK 0.01 per share. This offering follows an earlier announcement on August 26, 2025, and a prospectus supplement published on September 3, 2025, which extended the subscription period.
