B2 Impact to redeem senior unsecured bond early

B2 Impact ASA has informed Nordic Trustee AS of its intent to exercise the call option on its FRN B2HOLDING ASA SENIOR UNSECURED BOND ISSUE 2024/2028, identified by ISIN NO0013138966 and ticker B2I07. This redemption will cover all outstanding bonds at a price of 105.08838% of the nominal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interests.

The call option repayment date is set for September 22, 2025, with the record date on September 18, 2025. This exercise occurs well in advance of the bond's original maturity date of January 30, 2028.
