Arribatec CEO increases stake through share acquisition

Kjolvik Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Arribatec Group ASA CEO Ole Jakob Kjolvik, acquired 85,226 shares in Arribatec Group ASA today, September 5, 2025. The transaction was executed at a share price of NOK0.64.

Following this acquisition, Kjolvik Invest AS now holds a total of 556,342 shares in the Oslo Stock Exchange-listed software and consulting company. This mandatory notification of trade was disclosed in accordance with Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

Arribatec Group ASA, headquartered in Oslo, operates across 25 countries and serves over 1,700 companies in both private and public sectors. The company employs more than 320 individuals across 11 offices.
