Aker Horizons distributes subsidiary shares as dividend-in-kind

Aker Horizons ASA announced its shares are trading ex-dividend today, September 5, 2025. This corporate action involves the distribution of shares in Aker Horizons Holding AS ("AKHH") as a dividend-in-kind to its shareholders.

For every share held in Aker Horizons ASA, shareholders will receive one share in AKHH. This distribution is being treated as a repayment of paid-in capital for Norwegian tax purposes.

Significantly, the dividend-in-kind will not be subject to Norwegian withholding tax.
