Scatec board member resigns for new executive opportunity

Scatec ASA announced on September 3, 2025, that Jutta Dissen has resigned from her position as a member of the board of directors, effective the same day. The resignation follows Dissen's acceptance of an executive position with another organization, outside of Scatec. The company acknowledged and expressed appreciation for Dissen's contributions during her tenure on the board, wishing her success in her future endeavors.
